In a single facility location problem, set of points is given and the goal finding optimal new respect to criteria such as minimizing time, cost distances between clients facilities. On other side, inverse models try modify parameters problem with minimum that point becomes optimal. this paper, we introduce novel algorithm for general case variable weights in plane. The convergence optimality conditions are presented. Then special cases, minisum minimax problems considered tested on some instances. results indicate efficiency these
